# Gurman: Apple Could Launch OLED MacBook Pro, M6 Macs, and iPad mini 8 on November 6

> Bloomberg's Mark Gurman says Apple is likely to announce OLED MacBook Pro models, M6-powered 14-inch MacBook Pro and iMac, and possibly an OLED iPad mini 8 around October 27–28, with a release date of Friday, November 6. That would give Apple four consecutive Friday launches, starting with the iPhone Duo on October 23.

Apple may be lining up one of its busiest fall hardware stretches in years.

According to Bloomberg's **Mark Gurman** , Apple is likely to release several new products on **Friday, November 6** , including an **OLED MacBook Pro** , a **14-inch MacBook Pro with an M6 chip** , an **M6 iMac** , and possibly an **OLED iPad mini 8** .

Gurman says the announcements are expected around **Tuesday, October 27, or Wednesday, October 28** , with the devices going on sale the following week.

## Four Consecutive Friday Launches

If the schedule holds, Apple would release new products on four straight Fridays:

| Date | Expected Product(s) |
| ------------------------- | ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| **Friday, October 23** | iPhone Duo |
| **Friday, October 30** | HomePod mini 2 |
| **Friday, November 6** | OLED MacBook Pro, M6 14-inch MacBook Pro, M6 iMac, and/or OLED iPad mini 8 |
| **Friday, November 13** | HomeView and fourth-generation Apple TV 4K |

The October 23, October 30, and November 13 dates are already locked in, according to the report. The November 6 lineup is the one Gurman describes with some hedging — particularly around the iPad mini 8, which he lists as a possible addition rather than a certainty.

## What to Expect on November 6

### OLED MacBook Pro

The headline item is an **OLED MacBook Pro** . Apple's pro laptops have used mini-LED displays for years, and a switch to OLED would be a major upgrade for contrast, black levels, and response time. Gurman's report doesn't specify screen sizes, but the OLED update is widely expected to start with the higher-end MacBook Pro models.

### M6 14-Inch MacBook Pro and iMac

Alongside the OLED model, Apple is expected to refresh the **14-inch MacBook Pro** and the **iMac** with its next-generation **M6 chip** . The M6 would follow the M5 generation and likely focus on efficiency and GPU improvements rather than a dramatic architectural shift.

### OLED iPad mini 8

The **iPad mini 8** could be the wild card. Gurman lists it as “and/or,” meaning it may or may not land on November 6. If it does arrive with an OLED display, it would be the first iPad mini to make the switch from LCD — a meaningful upgrade for a device that's often used for reading, media, and portable productivity.

## Why the Schedule Matters

Apple rarely stacks this many launches into consecutive weeks. A four-Friday run would suggest the company is trying to get ahead of the holiday shopping season while spreading attention across multiple product categories — phones, smart home, Macs, and TV streaming.

It also fits Apple's recent pattern of announcing products via press release and short videos rather than full keynote events. If the October 27–28 announcements follow that playbook, expect spec sheets, press releases, and maybe a few short product films rather than a live stage event.

## The Caveat

Gurman's report is a schedule prediction, not an official Apple confirmation. The “and/or” language around the November 6 lineup — especially the iPad mini 8 — means at least one of those products could slip or be announced separately.

Apple has not commented on any unannounced products.
