iPhone Duo Inner Screen Cracking Out of the Box on Day One—and Apple Store Staff Are Blaming Users
On iPhone Duo launch day, multiple users reported their inner screens cracking within minutes of unboxing during normal opening and closing. One user was reportedly told by Apple Store staff that the damage was "caused by folding it backwards" and was denied warranty service. With inner display repairs costing ¥7,998, early buyers are calling the launch a gamble.
